Can I frickein go back in time and have Coach Charles as my coach?!?! Guy is motivating beyond motivating. They don't have a dual v Boise St., so it's gotta be at the Pac 10s. But their non-conf duals are against: Oklahoma, Oklahoma St., Nebraska, Embry Riddle, & Iowa St. That's a nasty nasty schedule. Then throw on Reno and Las Vegas Intvit. This team may hit some tough spots and as a result of the above may not have the best record, but this guys will be studs come Pac 10s time. Look for a good # of guys to qual for Nationals. No joke of a team. Coming together right here. Awesome job Coach Charles!
They also have a team on their schedule named Oregon State, a Pac 10 team. They are going to open some eyes this year. good to see ASU back on track and look forward to some good competition in Pac10 between them, OSU, BSU and hopefully others.

Han,

In case we can't find a Jr. high girl to interpret your text language, can you explain why you chose that excerpt and your comment at the end?

I really like this entire coaching staff. It was sad when the ASU program got dropped but I believe this staff will bring it back full blast. Setting the precedent early with the work ethic and talking about winning championships. That's great. Too many programs take a back seat and don't have the courage to go after the yellow medals and be the #1 team.
lol "yellow" medals :-P

I'm not so much comparing him to the Brands brothers as much as I am recognizing that he has an intensity in his eyes that a lot of coaches don't have. The intensity the the Brands brothers are famous for having. I do agree there is no comparison to the Brands though. Besides Gable that is.
