To keep things rolling during hell week, the third worlout on the 2nd day was a nasty track workout of 800s, 400s, and 200s followed by some work on the stadium steps.

“Can I frickein go back in time and have Coach Charles as my coach?!?! Guy is motivating beyond motivating. They don't have a dual v Boise St., so it's gotta be at the Pac 10s. But their non-conf duals are against: Oklahoma, Oklahoma St., Nebraska, Embry Riddle, & Iowa St. That's a nasty nasty schedule. Then throw on Reno and Las Vegas Intvit. This team may hit some tough spots and as a result of the above may not have the best record, but this guys will be studs come Pac 10s time. Look for a good # of guys to qual for Nationals. No joke of a team. Coming together right here. Awesome job Coach Charles!”

“I really like this entire coaching staff. It was sad when the ASU program got dropped but I believe this staff will bring it back full blast. Setting the precedent early with the work ethic and talking about winning championships. That's great. Too many programs take a back seat and don't have the courage to go after the yellow medals and be the #1 team.”
