Pretty dangerous when you can control both the inside and outside ties...constantly fighting for inside control and continually passing elbows when you have outside ties. Lastly, did Joe-Flo actually use the word "dang". He does look a lot like Napoleon Dynamite with his new stash...or maybe that's Pedro :)

I think Iowa has correctly utilized the elbow control technique. I think they just rolled the Oklahoma State domination of the outside elbow and added it to their inside control techniques.

Answer = Domination.

Does anyone else find the correct execution of this technique highly underutilized? I always used it with the opposite arm going for the single leg. I think it helps create a lot of good angles. Opinions anyone?
