Coach Clemson gives us an additional way to setup your post. This is a great trick to get your opponent to straighten his arm which allows an easier post. As he clubs he shrugs his shoulder to his ear and then relaxes. This makes your opponent pressure in and straightens the arm. Then its as simple as lowering your level to your post.
