My brother, Steve, used to work out with Carl Adams and he told me that the thing that amazed him about Carl was his strength. While he was indeed the quickest wrestler I ever saw (esp. at that weight) he was just as strong as he was quick. It was the combination of the two (plus his work ethic) that led to his success in HS and beyond.
