There are not enough good things that you can say about Sam. He is a role model of how to accomplish your goals, be it graduate school, wrestling or life.

Outcome vs Performance Goals

Sam Barber coaches at one of the most legendary NCAA programs in any sports. He talks about this year and how he had to make one of his wrestlers believe in himself again for them to win an NCAA title.
