Typically I do not post on wrestling forums but it has come to my attention that a post of a derogatory nature was made using my name about Coach Steiner.

The post was obviously created to only harm the character of Coach Steiner and my character by using my name.

Terry Steiner is a tremendous coach, leader, father, husband, and friend! I will not go into the post since it has been removed and the comments are of such a damaging nature that they need not be mentioned again.

The forum should be used to express ideas that help to promote and further our sport not damage it.

I plan to use every resource in an attempt to find out who exactly posted the comments under my name.

Sincerely,

Cary Kolat

Troy was 5th, 2nd, 1st and 3rd at Nationals, dropping down from 142 to 134 to bring McIlravy into the lineup. Terry was 3rd, 5th and 1st at 150 and the OW at the NCAAs. They are the hardest workers I've ever met. I'm honored and proud to call them friends.

I once heard Coach Gable say that the Steiner brothers were the hardest working individuals he hd ever coached up to that point. Pretty powerful words coming from a pretty good source I guess in Coach Gable who apparently was a pretty hard worker himself. Man, as tough as these guys were, I saw Pat Santoro take one of them and technical fall them in 2 minutes in the US Open, unbelievable!

Troy is very humble and a great guy. Oregon is great to have him coaching in our great state.
