Great job representing NJ, the toughest wrestling state in the nation! 34 wins and an NCAA appearance as a true freshman is nothing to sneeze at. This kid will be a future AA/possibly national champ...mark it down! Also, he is a great kid who cares about both god and other people around him.

you can diss this kid all you want but not only is he one of the most accomplished wrestlers to come out of new jersey, he is just scratching the surface on his college career....and like someone else posted here, he is selfless and great with the kids at clubs...and hes got a great head on his shoulders, not an arrogant bone in his body...keep up the great work representing NJ Scott

Look...we get it...he lost to Welch. Big freakin' deal...Scott has bigger fish to fry. From all accounts, he's a great kid, and will probably be at 65's maybe 74s in a couple of years. He's only scratched the surface as to how good he will be and look for big things once he's back to 100% and has his weight under control. Great freshman season!!!

im sure cooperman is a great coach but i was at the cornell camp this summer and he has some anger issues. i asked him to help me with a very confusing move. cooperman kind of amde it up its called the coop da loop, never seen anything like it so i had some trouble, so i messed up the first time i asked him if i was doing it right and he proceded to call me an idiot and walked away

Scott is an awesome kid.. He is selfless with his time for kids clinics, camps, or just showing up at clubs to teach. It is easy to critique appearances and poke fun about speech patterns, but just remember that he has accomplished more athletically than some of us posters did or ever will. Oh, and he is only 19 years old.

He has always come across as a good kid. From what I understand, he struggles a little in the classroom but tries hard so thumbs up for him.
But what is with:
His shoulders (he looks like he has those road warrior spikes without the shoulder pads).
The earings, necklace and the goatee are all very jersey. If I didn't know people like this (i.e. I was from Iowa) he would be a little hard to look at. He does look very guido here and he keeps flexing his pecs during the video.
