Actually the beach is 15 minutes from campus, and I have seen several avid surfers among the line up

Hey Steve Martin stop taking your recruits all the way to Virginia Beach to try and make them think ODU is at the beach. Its a 40 minute drive each way and once they are on the team you wont let them go to the beach anyway. This is how he fools all the recruits to sign. Oh and Virginia Beach is still real cold in the winter especially the water, notice the wetsuits the kids are wearing.
