Eric grajales is one of the best wrestlers iive ever saw. he went undeafed throw high school. I think he is one of the best in the nation! He is scary good, thank god that i dont have to facew him in a match, i would be tariffid
eric grajales is good but i think taylor would beat him. florida wrestling does seem kinda weak tho and eric does seem like he trys to show off sometimes thats 1 thing i dont like.
I do believe David Taylor either won by major or tech in their last meeting between David vs Eric. If Florida teams wishes to gain some respect, why not wrestle Iron Man, BotE, RToC, or Brecksville and compete against St. Paris Graham, St. Ed, Blair, and unbelievable teams from PA. (if FL athletic rules permit).
Anonymous Coward said: Its halarious how you fanboys are posting that he couldnt win in your states but hes national champion.... ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thats because he never wrestled taylor at nationals. taylor>grajales.
it doesnt matter how good florida wrestling is or how overrated Brandon is Grajales is easily in the top 5 in the nation he would win state in probably any state.
The guy with the deep voice yelling did sound like a jackass (and I'm from Ohio I know jackasses *see Mr. Palmer on any of Collin's super 32 videos*), but it was hilarious when they weren't counting back points at 5:28 and the ref suddenly realized. The coach just goes, "really?" That was good.
Alright, first off: to those of you who call the Brandon coach's classless and disrespectful or whatever, I watched the entire video and not once did I hear either Coach Cozart or Assisstant Coach Hendrickson call for points or show any other type of unproffesional action. The people you hear yelling in this video are not coachs. Coach Cozart is one of the best and respectful coachs in the sport. Just about anyone that meets him will agree.
Next, questioning the caliber of Eric is completely rediculous. He has beaten some of the top ranked kids in the nation, won several national tournaments and most recently qualified for the OLYMPIC trials. Eric split matches with Oliver. Im not saying that Eric is the best there is, but he has proven to be at that level time and time again.
Graff is not at another level then Eric or Oliver, as Oliver just proved not to long ago.
No Florida wrestling is not better then PA, or Ohio, or several other states, but it is on the rise. Beleive it. Being from Florida, I would love to help demonstrate that hard work and determination can lead to success no matter where your area code happens to be.
NO respect for florida...kinda funny...he's tough..but everybody sounds correct...he would not dominate like that in many other states...also, go somewhere Brandon...like the Va. Duals or something...
nolefan1089m u dont kno shit. grajales beat oliver in FOLKSTYLE. so, ur saying oliver sucks too? so penn. sucks too, if a penn wrestler loses to a florida kid. and what difference does it make at state what ur age is? all the same weight! only difference is experience. so considering grajales has been wrestling since he was 4, he naturally is better than these kids who havent started wrestling till they were in middle school, even 9th grade. and as for grajales being "twice the size" of his opponents, he doesnt cut weight, and is just the same as these other kids. He's just naturally strong. so get over ppl-he's good
fla wrestler I heard he would be 19 before school next year that would make him illegal to wrestle in most states. If this is true he should dominate Fla, especialy 14 yr olds. As for being a 4 timer please dont base your thinking on greco or Fla wrestling. He is avery good wrestler in a bad state and pathetic classless program
i have noticed that the brandon coaches are very unsportsmanlike and dont care about what people think of them, but i personally dont think that grajales is anything special. he bullies kids half the size of him and make them look like rag dolls. he really doesnt have sound technique for example when kids get in on shots he doesnt know how to work a front headlock. also if he were to wrestle oliver i see oliver just outslicking grajales. just my opinion!
The coaches at Brandon are classless here as always. Every video I have seen on these two they have acted completely unprofessional. (bad technique unprofessional coaches)horrible overall competition= The reason that Brandon can be successful in such a horrible wrestling state. Stick to your football boys.
he's not 19, he's 18. only a year behind. and he'd easily be a 4xer in any other state. He's gone to worlds's, is a national champ, and is ranked top 3 in the nation
he is good but in ohio 1/4 at state he wouldnt be doing that. He might when state in ohio, but if you are 19 in your junior year something is wrong with FLA athletics. I seen the videos of FLA wrestling way behind. As far as beating palmer or stieber, he will be 20.All hear he beat oliver so what its a ranking based upon what. There is senior nationals if he is elilgable at 20 to wrestle 17 or 18 year olds
I found listening to the Brandon coaches very intresting. Why do the refs in Florida let them get away with that crap. They are trying to make the calls for the ref. ,asking for back points etc.. I do not think that was Cozart? Coach sounded more like some cheerleader. Some of his comments showed no class at all. Wonder if the ESPN crew has caught any of this and will air it in the show. I always see people complaing about Brandons arrogance. Maybe there is something to it. Coach, wrestle and win or lose do it with CLASS !
Tyler Graff would kill Grajales. Tyler Graff is the best right now at 130. He will face Jordan Oliver in the Dapper Dan and watch the damage he does to Oliver. Oliver and Grajales are great, they are on completely different levels than other kids but Graff is at a level beyond that.
Grajales beat jordan oliver !! & you say i would place 7th or 8th in ohio?? you do the math. Grajales would have you guys pissed because he would place 1st.
essejwrx you're an idoit when you're ranked number one in the nation i think that it almost basically means people think you can win state anywhere. Also there is no way grajales would only come in fourth place at the ohio state tourney that has to be the most stupidest thing i ever heard!
Grajales isnt anywhere NEAR trying in this match. In the Finals I saw him put the kid in a leg cradle. Again, he wasnt even trying. Grajales is the best 130 in the nation. He is a man playing with boys...literally he is older than many kids in his grade or weight.
adfa, ur retarded. you cant qualify for state in ohio in 8th grade. maybe the junior high state tournament so obviously ur kids a liar or ur a total dumba$$
elder people are *****s. they think theyre better than everyone but all they are doing is talking themselves up to their competition trying to be up there with the top dogs in ohio
you're ridiculous grajales would most likely win the ohio state tournament.idk about the other kid, but grajales is #1 or 2 in the nation
youre an idiot
To Team Ohio: Yea, Grajales is good for his age. But so what, he wins state titles because he's alot older than the kids he's beating. Its the new "held back" a few years in school crap. You get to wrestle down even though your older(for example: a kid thats 15 turning 16 soon is in 8th grade! Wow thats really hard to beat kids tht are 13 or 14 and you're 16.) Its Bull!
who would win
bad bad ref.not even calling back points.
Plus, the ref scored reversal 1st one time when the guy was on his back. Start the count, man.
To no one's surprise, the "FL sucks" and "almost 20" comments leak in here from the jealous scum.
Its halarious how you fanboys are posting that he couldnt win in your states but hes national champion.... ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
read any current wrestling magazines, eris is ranked #1
oh wait he has done both of those several times....case closed
