Eric is a great coach and teacher. He will be sponsoring a 4 state team clinic in Council Bluffs, Iowa in July 2009. My son learns a lot everytime he gets a chance to work with Coach Akin.

Watch their positioning brawling...these kids got it. I learned a new lift, that lat throw... and a couple of excercises that I havent seen like balancing the medicine ball in a crouching position by throwing it back and forth.

I thought the video was cool enough for me to watch it three or four times. I love the drills, thanks Will!!!

Eric Akin, 4x NCAA All American and former World Freestyle Team Member, demonstrates examples of the wrestling drills and strength/conditioning exercises he will be deploying during his preseason workout sessions. St. James Academy - Kansas. Eric is working out Sharky Slyter and Ryne Cokeley.
