Brands may know wrestling, but his lack of lifting fundamentals is evident. I know they are not isolating because hypertrophy isn't the goal, but there are much more effective ways to work your core and developing total body strength than by turning an isolation exercise such as a curl into a compound, total body movement. They are hitting though, I'll give 'em that.
Bros, they are lifting that way for a reason. Wrestling is a sport where you have to use your legs, hips and back in everything. They are not isolating because they aren't interested in "beach muscles."
Simply awesome. Watching them manhandle the weights and attack them like they attack their opponents, is how everyone needs to train. I know people are going to complain about the technique, but that is pure strength and determination right there.
