 #5 | Architeuthis-- Im glad you ask that. I coach a youth team and I talk about controlling your breathing all the time. The Iowa guys breath hard when they want to breath. They control there breathing and it a component of thier extra big tanks. You have to be in great shape to hold your breath for 7 minutes. They breath hard in practice and they breath hard in competition... just my opinion. reply |
