people make cutting weight sound sooo bad but its the nature of the sport so if u dnt like it QUIT!

it was more like 10 to 15 lbs but we had to tone it down because it showed at our high school's film festival and our A.D. doesn't like the idea of cutting weight, so we didn't want to get anyone in trouble.

3 lbs if your dry and depleted can feel like 30 lbs......kids in developmental stages should control weight other ways like low carb high protein, lots of water and practice in short and shoes and a shirt.....dehydration and starvation only make you a worse wrestler.....in this time with all the supps out there and protein vitamin shakes.....there is no excuse for kids to be sucking...its not healthy and it is dangerous and a high liability to schools programs.

Suck it up, you're not even cutting any weight. And "dream about what those candy hearts taste like", yeah cause those hearts that weigh about .003 oz. would have put him overweight. A pound and a half over before practice, try weighing a pound and a half over AFTER practice.

wrestling has become too much about making weight. Thats what people tend to marvel at, not the hard work and the beauty of wrestling itself

the only people seeing this video are wrestlers and i think most of them are playing the worllds tiniest violin
