October 18, 2009This is Tyler Fraley in a 25minute non-stop Kettlebell workout led by his trainer, Jimmy Airey. The bells range from 10-50lbs increasing in 5lb increments. One must go up and then back down the progression of bells. This vid is the concluding moments of the workout.
