 #4 | The lasttime I was @ OU Joel Greenlee was out at the same bars as most of the students and some of his wrestlers. Personally I love Joel, and I agree that it is the teams responsibility to buy in and be doing the right things to succeed. But I also think Joel has been there plenty long enough to make the changes necessary to get OU in the psoition they should be in with the type of talent in that state. It hasn't happened yet...but I hope it does soon! reply |

#2 | Joel does a lot for that team. He really sets a great example for the kids and gives them all the opportunities to be great. The couching staff is doing what is supposed to, it is up to the wrestlers to give them 100% and really buy in. The team is "young" yeah thats cliche but given time these guys are going to be top contenders in ohio wrestling. reply |
