I agree that the Silver kid looked much more polished with his set-ups and shots. He went to both legs during the course the match. The other wrestler was trying hard to and through the buzzer for a pushout or takedown and if you watch USA kicks at Israel at the end. The punches were retaliation AND frustration. Both acts were out of line.

why did the "Israeli" throw the punches? Just frustration? That was a cheap shot.

It is Evan Silver, not Steve Silver, from Blair Academy that won. And although the "Israeli" represented Israel, he was a Russian/Georgian.

What the heck was that at the end by Silver? Total embarrasment for the USA squad. Silver just didn't set anything up and kept shooting into the Israeli kid's defense. The Israeli kid, by contrast, hit several beautiful shots with quick level changes and deep penetration. Silver simply was beaten by a better wrestler. Losing it at the end and essentially throwing punches is simply disgraceful. Shades of Metcalf v. Caldwell ... but much worse.
