v him picking up a single, stomp on the ground so he can't lift it, sprawl like made and bust the corner super hard. Jam your hand on his head.

v Cradle...just work hand control on the far side hand, no cradle can be applied. If you feel it coming in, turn in and drive into a single/double.

v spiral ride similar deal, if you're already in tri-pod or standing, just turn in and pick up his near leg. Can also, throw your near side arm over his belt line (a la seat belt) and either body lock, near side knee tap or just turn and face him and get the 1.

Edinboro athletics is DII in every sport except wrestling. The coaches at Edinboro bring both wrestling and business together better than most/all of the programs in the country.

I love it. It is an alernative (as he said) to kids with the exlosive problem.

Also, from what I can tell, the only real threat - if done properly - is the cradle. Although he does cover it. I'll be sure to show it in my room.

Edinboro gets it done year in and year out. Plus Cliff Moore is a graduate of Iowa. The best of both worlds!

Turning in like that and bringing your own head to your knee, aren't you begging for the nearside cradle?

And as for the comments below, wasn't Moore an National Champ from Iowa?

Good technique is good technique. What differene does it make where it is presented from. I don't get your point. Do you really think those storied programs need advertising seconds on Flo?

This is all good stuff and great to see the different perspectives, but why not show more from programs getting it done year in year out?
MN, IA, OSU, MI etc...
