Wow maybe if we all had these kind of facilities we could have better teams. I am impressed. Lucky to have all this...Very nice! I coach my kids on a half of mat and an old weight room from the 70's...

I did the big 88 with my one arm and knees. Coach said it didn't count and I cheated. I took a swing at him, but he kept slapping me in the face on the side that doesn't have an arm. Then everyone laughed at me. They said it was because I am a guy with one arm. They kept calling me one arm and guy with one arm and look at the guy with one arm.

Apple Valley Wrestling Room

The Apple Valley Wrestling room is one of the coolest wrestling rooms in the country. They made something really special out of an ordinary locker room, wrestling room and created an amazing weight room. Through a wrestling community infrastructure they busted down walls and created a very special place.
