The best thing sammie can bring to OU is a no excuses atitude. Coach Spates always seems to come up with excuses. I notice that coach Smith at OSU refuses to make excuses for his bad seasons, but Spates always talks about being young or hurt, its always something. No excuses.

That just got me pumped for practice today! And Cliff just make sure I'm there when Sammie gets ahold of you! I still remember watching this guy workout before a dual when he was UTC. It was one of the more intense things I've seen...and he was shadow wrestling!!!!!

Coach henson bring a tremendous boost of INTENSITY and much needed energy into an otherwise stale room. Oklahoma is blessed to have Sammie in the room each and every day and he garners the team's respect because they know Sammie has been there and done that which means a heck of a lot to a youngster, I know it did when I was a young TJ X. Finally, if Sammie ever decides on career in the music business, I think he can do Bryan Adams songs to a tee with that raspy voice.
