Here's some ideas for the Flo guys. At the end of an interview, ask them some specific question because no one usually has anything to say on their own. I'm suggesting you ask what their favorite food is, favorite move, most heartbreaking loss, best win of career, when they started, drill they hate the most, etc. It would give you a little look into them as a person and not just what we see on the mat.
