"there technique is bad because they are tired" well from what i seen they ran 1 mile before this and everyone of them started off with bad form. i didnt see anything resembling a power clean. not there fault either, thats exactly how i did cleans before i learnd how todo them properly. i even seen iowas s+c coach talk about why your not seeing perfect form, which makes no sense because its not as sport specific as if you were to do the clean correctly.

I have to agree with Brearin, the form is bad at best. There version of Helen needs alot of work as well, the pull-ups were sub-par and the swings, well can you really even call them KB-swings at all? These guys need some serious work on their range of motion. If your doing crossfit workouts, you need to live up to the crossfit standards.

That's a ridiculous idea to not care about form that's how injuries happen

realize that this isnt necessarily to gain physical strength, it is to push mental boundries. watch iowa lift, noone in wrestling cares about form

Their technique is bad because they are really tired. the point is to push themselves. You trying doing all those clean after a hard workout.

i agree, set these guys up with a crossfit certification. A+ for hard work but technique is horrid. no jump, no extenision or shrug and everyone was doing a reverse curl motion instead of catching the weight under the bar. i see this from alot of college programs. 100-power reverse curls

The form that the wrestlers are displaying while doing the power cleans is so bad that it going to get someone hurt! This is the type of BS that gives the good strength coach's a bad reputation.
