really why would they invite biscaha to wrestle in this if he didnt even make weight at his states or this?!?!?!? there is probably other way better seniors around the country at 112 besides him

IMO??? (Below Me)   May 3 at 8:25pm
He hasn't wrestled for a month, well Biscaha hasn't wrestled for two months!! And he wasn't the best 112 in the nation, he wasn't even the best 112 in NJ this year (Robert Deutsch).

I think this video does a terrible job at showing Kidd Gomez's true talent, I dont think most people on this website realize how hard it would be to stop wrestling for a month, and then go and wrestle against someone who has an easy 10 pounds on you and that is also considered the best in the nation at their weight. You can see from Kidds work on his feet that its not that he was out wrestled, but he just wasnt strong enough to hold him down and ride him out, excellent wrestling by both wrestlers.

What????   April 22 at 9:31am
Biscaha was up 13-2 going into the 3rd and was thrown for 5....He was just playing with Gomez and no way Gomez would win 1 out of 10...Gomez goes to his back like it's his job!

I disagree with your opinion. I think Biscaha would win 9 of 10 matches.

i think gomez kinda thought he could take down biscaha when he wanted to and got over confident! after those first two shots i thought gomez would smash! but gomez wins this match 9 times outa 10! juss n my O

5 lb allowance said:
With the 5 lb allowance they could weigh 117. I'm guessing Gomez weighed in around 115 and Biscaha was around 120.
that may have been the difference at weigh in..... but they wrestled 24 hours later. if biscaha was pulling at all (and for his own sake im hopin he was at least tryin) im sure he added at least 3 plus pounds to that. that would be easy to do w/ just liquids!

i dont think we'll ever know how much weight difference there was. like i stated earlier on a dif page.... if gomez is a few under w/o trying and biscaha is a few over and hes TRYING to make weight.... how much did biscaha weigh 24 hours later when they actually wrestled??????? id bet there was 10 plus pounds difference easy.

Much more than two good things have come from New Jersey. That's why it's the most densely populated state in the country and everyone wants to be there. I live close to Philly, Atlantic City (beaches also) and not far from New York City. You probably live in the middle of nowhere, sounds fun.

nj is just too much ......if nj had there whole team the only kid who might win is the kid from perry and he would wrestle huntley or camp still a tuff match..and biscaha wouldnt even have won the state at 112 or place top 3 at 119

Sure he is tough, but he is not a 112er. Gomez won his state tittle AT 112, and he is tough too. Biscaha knows that now.

so what even if there was a 5 pound difference gomez got mopped up. plus biscaha wont have to worry about making weight when hes going 125 in college.

This usa kid is bigger then the 119 for usa... They were saying they got a 5lb allowace and he was 3-4lbs over and the team OK kid was 2-3lbs under. Thats a shame to come in like that. They should have bought a true 112 pounder

Does anyone know why they wouldn't have someone else wrestle 12's in this match ? Since he didn't make weight for N.J states it seemed like it would be a gamble if he would make weight here.No knocks to him,he is a fantastic athlete and I hope he shines in college

He did not make weight for this match, which is why it did not count in the overall match points, there was a 5 pound allowance and even that he could not make, this match was considered an exhibition.

I do not see why they allowed Bischaha to wrestle this seeing as he didnt make weight for States and if I was his coach I'd be pissed that he made weight for this but not States.
