Which Purler disc is this move shown on? Nice move. Saw Cael Sanderson do it once, but I didn't know what it was called or the details involved with the move.

at my school, we usually refer to it as the spindle

haha my old coach gave a steak dinner to the first kid who pinned with this move. He gave the back story to the name as well lol

Good move, I used it alot throughout my career also. Seems to be a popular move in Jersey. Nick Angen used it in the state finals back in 1994 against Mark Peotroski.

I just noticed that Donnie's last name is spelled incorrectly. I believe that it is DeFilippis. He took 2nd at Midlands one year. He was a beast in high school and performed very well in college ... would have been even better if he didn't tear up his knee at NCAAs one year.

The Adamson brothers used that extensively as youth wrestlers. Riley won prep nationals this year with it.

Ken Mallory was a DIII national champ (3x) from Montclair State who also won the D1 title in 1978. Tom Martucci, wrestling for the College of NJ, repeated the feat in 1981.
