Eileen is a certified trainer and works at MatGuard. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a Masters Degree in Physical Education. She is the author of the nationally acclaimed book, “Eat, Wrestle and WIN: A Nutritional Guide for Wrestlers,” and has given presentations on skin lesions and the health of wrestlers. Among her many accreditations within the healthcare field, she is a certified teacher of health and physical education in the state of New Jersey and an American Red Cross Instuctor for CPR, AED, First Aid and Emergency Response.
