#13	Dan-the-Man April 1 at 5:22pm Bob O'Connor was a County Champ and State Place winner,also a 3x County place finisher,Back when only one Champion went up-state. Beat a couple of State Champs and future NCAA Champs. He is one Nasty SOB. you do not want to see this guys bad side.This guy can walk the walk.Went to Miami University for Baseball,then went onto play minor league ball, just a unbelievable Baseball player.If your ever in a Wrestling room with him he knows his stuff.Great guy reply

#9	New Shotz March 4 at 12:51am Bob Coached at Chaminade High School in the 80's..then at Plainedge from 89 to 92,then East Meadow from 93 to 94..then OceanSide from 03 to 05..He,Has not Coach at a High School because of his loyalty to John Gresheimer..After Gresheimers Transfer out of Oceanside...Has only Coached privately for Gresheimer...I have know Bob since 7th Grade,He is a great guy,will give you his shirt off his back,but this sometimes gets him in trouble..either you Love him or Hate him..But always a lot of Fun,He is simply the best.. reply

#4	Mike McQuillan March 2 at 9:25am Hey,That's Bob O'Connor from Long Island...I know he was a Great Wrestler.But This guy was a incredible Baseball Player,once went 5 for 5,with 3 Homer's and 2 triples. then we played them two weeks later,in a play-off Game,so we Walked him 4 times.In the top of the 11 inning with Bases full he came up to the plate. Yes a Grand Slam on the 1st pitch.The Guy was just incredible. One of the Best Athletes of his Time. Great to see Bob it's been a long time. reply

Bob Oconnor A Changed Man

Bob O'conner is a serious New York wrestling fan. He has been part of the debate between the 1 class v 2 class system. This years state tournament has swayed his thinking in this matter.
