If in risk of a take down what do you do ... i sure as he1l wouldn't get taken down... the south dade kid took about ten half shots and 3 good shots... ny kid didn't take as many half shots or as many good shots... he wrestled smart and got the win... i think they both were stalling but i would say that SD took a very long time to get back to the center

It was a good match. Wilson got caught, it happens nothing against both wrestlers. It was a fun match for me to watch!! Also if our, being Florida, brought our best to NY, OH, or PA, we would do just as good. To think that we are not up to par, and for states to think that we are sub par just makes you very nieve. Each state has their cream of the crop, and each state has its duds, I think the spectrum is becoming very equal.

Look, FL does have some good wrestlers and is on a path to become a great wrestling state. BUT you still aren't close to NY and NY isn't close to PA or OH or NJ. These are the kind of matches you can't expect to win from a call. If FL wants to be considered one of the best you will need to prove it in matches just like this without help from the refs. Sorry

Every body thinks florida is a joke this kid isnt even a state champ he is a 2x runner up that is how you know florida is for real especcialy South Dade I think they are ranked 30 th in the nation but Metellus won this match all the kid did was stall nothing else and this kid ended up winning the finals, Metellus will have it next year trust me and he will get the state title easy.

You should have seen the South Dade kid spank 2-3x NY state champ Ian Paddock in the 3rd and 4th place match. I can't believe this kid isn't a State Champ!
