I don't believe liberatore was stalling on the feet....he did take alex down again after the 5 point move...

personaly i thought Dieringer was the better wrestler in this match, i felt Liberatore was stalling a lot of the time on his feet (how many real shots did he take?) and that he mainly got lucky. One move seperated Dieringer and Libertor, when Dieringer tried a five point move Libertor backed out of bounce, when Dieringer shot in Libertor got lucky and caught him on his back. Dieringer just comes off as a better wrestler who got unlucky to me, but then again being in his confrence maybe im biased.

terrible stall call on top...
tells you how much the ref knows doesnt even have his wrist bands on the right hands, lesson 101 green on rt hand red on left. I can see why people complained about the refs blowing matches

Dieringer just looked completely gassed after the 1st period, and he really needs more then that sweep single if he wants to even come close to beatin theilke

Martin, your call of this match was spot-on. You were right about the "being wise to it" comment. Liberatore waited him out and countered right when he had to.

Liberatore is the real deal..... and beating Dieringer is a huge win for him. But don't make too much of him ONLY being a freshman. He's 16 years old -the same age as most juniors.

Liberatore is a stud. I didn't see anyone beating Alex. Dieringer is staying at 125 and he'll be the WI D2 champ with no doubt.
