Why would not just a the ultimate sandbag? This really does not compare to "real" sandbag trianing, you have got to know that.

I love it when the flo guys get after it. I bet there are hundreds of workouts you could do with those sand weights. You could also get very creative with them. Sweet tunes Joeflo. Cosmo has some sweet equip!

Can you post a website or address that we can order these from? Great workout and great product. It is not hard to make things like this, but from my experience of making products like this, is they break easily and they do not withstand a rigorous workout. These look like they can handle most anything.

Thanks for the great videos.

You don't have to buy this equipment. You can make sandbags, medicine balls, chin up bars, practically anything. No need to buy expensive stuff. Check out rosstraining.com, Ross Enamait's site. There are instructions there on how to make equipment. Enamait's and Matt Wiggins' (at workingclassfitness.com) books are excellent. There are many articles on mma/wrestling fitness for free on both sites.

you guys look like tennis players, or dare I say junior high baskeball stars, nice workout, but these sand bags look like they are for grown ups and not for parttime athletes, I'm of course kidding you guys are monster athletes... for middle aged men. Love the sand bags though, were do you get this stuff I have not seen these before.
