Kilgore could ver well be KSU's first All American this season and then in seasons to come also become KSU's first National Champion.

I have a feeling that Nic Bedelyon, Danny Mitcheff and Drew Lashaway might want to be AA's before he is though and Jermail Porter after.

the stall warning in the first period is the right call...Kilgore back up half the mat, and the second was also the right call, if you back up, you will get called, this is the NCAA not high school kid, you have to attack all match long, when he learns that he will be great

Pucillo 0 shots to 5 for Kilgore during second period, the stall call wasn't fair.

Kilgore also wrestled to a 6-3 loss to Herbert, so he stands a good shot at being on the podium

The score doesn't tell the whole story; Kilgore could do little against Pucillo and Pucillo kept a tough pace, too tough for Kilgore. Dude is going to be good though.

Pucillo has great defense, you don't want to get into that headlock after a bad shot. That being said, I think the stall calls against Kilgore were unjustified as he had most of the offense and it was called both times when Kilgore was fighting out of a front headlock that resulted from his own aggressiveness. Regardless, great match...

if i was a freshman and was with in two points of a ncaa champ and 5 with defending ncaa and only had my 3rd loss of the season, I have to feel real good about being aa and having a legit shot at title. nice
