I had good success with this move. This vid is a variation on how I'd hit it. I'd go same side most of the time, but I'd start from an underhook on the same side (your right arm). Grab opponent's lat muscle and pull him around working in a backwards circle. Now instead of stepping back, leave your right leg forward slip it behind his leg and pop your hips in hard hard hard, throw your left arm up in his armpit so he doesn't roll out. Post when you go flat and climb the body for NF.When you trip, hit his mid-calf and keep that like a turk. When you commit however, you GOTTA go! No stopping otherwise you're stuck and likely get tossed on your back.

i used to always beat up this kid joe Kennedy kid in high school. I am glad he has grown into a great wrestler.
