This Vest is so sick, Its pretty expensive though. Although, I manage to get one and i do not regret at all. It comes with 10 lb and I bought an extra 5 lbs. It makes everything much harder and gets you way stronger!! I wear it all day and you forget about it because it contours your body like no other. Final $ including shipping was $215. Trust, this is GREAT!

Those pull ups were absolutely brutal, Marty. Since there was only six inches of movement, Joe should have counted every five of Marty's "pull ups" as one full pull up. Weak.

I do like the vest. The sandbells they offer are interesting, too.

Nice. I have an 88 lb vest and it's brutal, BUT, I dig how it fits and molds to the body, I would def. use this for playground workouts, stadium stairs, beginners who need just a lil' extra external loading, that vest looks great.

Thanks for sharing and killing it bruddahs.
When you boys stopping by the Underground?
We have some rusty iron waiting for you fellas (plus plenty more :)
Kill it,

The vest seems very simple and easy to use it also seems like you can make it light anough for smaller ages which would help me

Dope, I've been trying to find a vest that doesn't throw off movement for shots and doesn't sag, great find JoeFlo!

Out of breath, the answer to your question about running is YES! The vest is excellent for runners! The same principles apply - it can be adjusted to hold snug to the body, so it doesn't bounce around when you run. And the weights stay in the pockets while the whole vest stays in place as you move. We are getting ready to launch our new website with links to specific sports so you can see how to use the Hyper Wear products for whatever sport you enjoy.

By the way, cool video. It's good to see you guys who are in great shape still get a challenge from the Hyper Vest!

I'm constantly impressed with how far sports technology has come. If you'd have told me when I was wrestling in high school that there was a weight vest you wanted me to wear on the mat I'd have called you crazy.

I'm impressed with you 2 camera jockeys! Martin ran rings around you Joe, but people don't realize your hair is like wearing a second vest on your head.
