Shen is the deffending state trny champs. Spencerport is the 3X deffending dual meet state champs. The system isnt perfect but spencerport kids have a harder section to qualify for states in.

Some coward stuttered, "if this is some of the best in nys i am not impressed. there is not much intensity in the room when they are wrestling. things looked half a**ed. not looking good for nys"

Confidence doesn't need intensity.

the reason ur coach says tht is bcuz if you look at practice as the time to cut weight then it becomes a drag and you hate it

if you look at it as the time to improve your technique or conditioning or sumtin then it becomes fun or a challenge

our coach says practice isnt for losing weight, its to get better. losing weight you do on your own.

Balls i respect your opinion but that is complete garbage. The 2 lanton brothers are the hardest workers on and off the mat and both will be contesting for a state title when the younger lantman replaces meys at 189 later this season.

So for the sake of argument, if Iowa has a few good guys and win the NCAA tourney, they don't have the best team? Think about what you said. They had 3 finalists and another placer.

yes they won the NYSPHAA tournament but that means they have a few really really good kids that doesn't mean they're the #1 "team" in NYS

Spencerport is large school state champs, Shen. is small school.
Spencerport is for now the best program in the state, with coach Jacoutot, the NATIONAL high school coach of the year last year.
