The fact that he landed hips over shoulders makes it a slam in my opinion - the rules only state " A slam is lifting and returning an opponent to the mat with unnecessary force...A slam shall be called without hesitation.". If you pick your opponent off the mat you must return him safely - there is nothing in there about your knees coming down at the same time or anything like that - it is a judgement call.

ya it dont to me looks like he goes through the croch and the sholdier but the other kid hea hits firtst or at leat at the same time
