Mark Hall not taking shots is not stalling. Those two have wrestled in the past and maybe taking shots got Mark Hall into trouble last time. If so then he was wrestling very smart. Javaughn Perkins was stalling on bottom, when he got his drink, and he covered late. So really watch the match before you say who was stalling.

Perkins wasnt being "cute" when trying to take shots off the whistle he was being very smart. If you time it he actually shouldnt have been called for a caution. A ref protecting Hall, was actually making a bad call. Smart move by Perkins if called correctly could have changed the outcome of the match but regardless Mark Hall won...good job to Mark Hall.

The correct wrestler won this match. Perkins should have been hit with an unsportsmanlike for getting a drink in the middle of the match. He had no techniques to get an escape from bottom and tried to be cute on the quick shots. Good stall call on his delay covering his opponent. Hall wrestled a smart match and took what was given him. It's amazing how compelled some refs are to call stalling at the very end of the match.

Hall did not take a shot the entire match. He just hung on to a front head lock and backed up. That's not wrestling its pretending to be a statue.
