Metcalf and Jenkins would have their way with this kid. He has got too much of a high school style to ever win.

Darrion gives all of his opponents respect when they wrestle him tough (he can even be seen clapping for his opponent after the match), but he doesn't like when his opponent wrestles not to lose and clams up to keep the match close instead of giving himself a chance to win.

if caldwell could just finish his takedowns, he'd be even more dangerous.

Yeah i agree. Why is everyone hating on caldwell. He dominated the number seven guy in the nation. He has a unique style that could throw a lot of people off come tournament time.

Caldwell is very tough. Wouldn't be surprised to see him make the finals this year at all.

Darien is a good wrestler he knows what he is doing. He was the only wrestler to beat the ncaa champion from last year.

Yea caldwell really looks sloppy out there. He is deffinetly gonna have to pick it up and work on the basics if he is going to do anything this year. Way to high of a rank for him

ya, i don't get why everyone is hating on him, he did great. he beat the #7 guy in a dominating fashion. how ever he is wrestling he needs to stick with what is working.

College is great, that one supporting point for any takedown on the edge of the mat can be the supporting point of the wrestler being taken down! I love it, you have to wrestle the entire time, especially on the edge!

The takedown was a good call. In college their only needs to be one supporting point of a wrestler to be in bounds. That can be a toe, elbow, shoulderblade, butt, or even your head.

the takedown was bad. caldwell brought him down out of bounce it was clear. Caldwell needs some polishing up before he heads into the upper level guys 5 and up. I think Caldwell is overrated. He is a AA and ranked 4th in the country but I would like to take some of the flash out of his style. You need to win a title before you wrestle like that.

why only one ref per match, is that right, or is that another economy cut back.

How did this ref get it right but the ref in the metcalf match blew the call last year? You can't pin a guy when his back is on your chest.
