That move is called a "Standing Funk", it's not hard if you learn how to do it correctly. It's a good desperation move after the guy gets your leg up. The one you see in the video is pretty bad and gets him no where. You're supposed to grab the guys leg during the flip and force a stalemate. Useful move if done correctly, but useless and possible dangerous if done incorrectly. For example:

that would be terrible to have to do that every day, but that what it takes be a wrestler at that level

thats usually how a prac is for us a few times a season

I wonder how different of a coach he will be than John Smith. Really Mark Branch has only seen John Smith as a head coach. A major influence and a great influence. It will be interesting to see where Mark Branch contrasts with Coach Smith.

Cowboy wrestling is finally going to be a great program now that we have a coach who knows what it takes to be the best ! Mark already has some of the best kids in the country commiting to come to UW ! Tyler Cox choosing Wyoming over Minnesota says alot to Mark Branch and the UW program ! Go Pokes !!

SWEET VIDEO. Mark Branch is such a cool dude in person. I hope he has success over at Wyoming, just not as much success as Iowa.
