True Statement   September 19 at 2:12pm
Jose Alvarez should of been in the finals (again) with bennet. if it wasnt for the crappiest called i have ever withness in the quaterfinals against Grieder.
the kid stalls way to much. would of been a different story if them two would of been in the finals

well they've come really close.
Like at regionals.
My coach from El Paso even said that between does two boys it would depend on who wanted it more.

Good thing I graduated and don't have to be around bad reffs anymore,

Shut the UP. Seriously I'm tired of these other wrestlers talking about Texas seriously you think your so cool why don't you actually move here and wrestle them. It's all talk over the Internet isn't it ha In that case I can woop both of them at the same time. (haha not true they would murder me But I'm a girl so I wouldn't blame them.) Haha all talk for all those other boys.

This match is bull.... everyone knows chino (Jose Alvarez) From Hereford should of been in the finals if it wasn't for that stupid reff that didn't know what the hell he was doing.. So that isaac whatever knows he shouldn't of been there cause the ref had already given Alvarez the points and then he took them away.. How gay.

Garbage? Jace bennet and Issac Grieder are fantastic wrestlers, I dont know about Bennet but Issac lost twice this year, only by a point, once to David henry and oviously to jace, and he worked his ass off to get to the finals, and he worked his ass off to get that kind of record, and none of you punks could woop jace or issac. there both to dam good.

Don't make fun of the kid in the white singlet's stance. I'm a 3x Alaska State Champion, going to wrestle for U of Oklahoma next fall, and that right there is my entire stance. I'm 6 feet tall, and when us tall guys want to be lower than our opponents, the only way to get that low is by dropping to a one knee.

It works, as long as you stay balanced on your feet/knee. I've been burned once or twice from really good guys snagging that foot you leave on the mat.

Whats up with the stance? Go outside singles, but the guy in red has great snaps. Guy in white should put some head pressure. but both are good wrestlers nothing against either

Actually Erik would not whoop any Oklahoma 130, Ladd Rupp and Casey Rowell, would either lose by a point or two or win...

OK, you were 3rd. In what division? OK has so many "State Champs" it is hard to tell. 5A was very weak this year and 3A only had Swann. Bennett beat Oklahoma's Tyler Greenlaw TWICE this year. Greenlaw was "favored" in the 6A finals but lost 7-5. I guess that puts Bennett on par with your state champ. Bennett looks funky, but he is hard to score on with that length (he's about 6'2").

I love how people get on here and trash talk on two kids in the finals. To bad you weren't out there to show these guys how it is done. Both are very tough and talented wrestlers. Congratulation to you both on making it to the finals.
