149 lbs college match, Brent Metcalf, Iowa,, vs Justin Lister, Binghampton,,

If anyone here wrestled metcalf let me know. Lister had decent instincts and a hard approach he probably got frustrated like im sure we've all done. Metcalf is relentless hes looking for a takedown in every position he gets in, thats what makes him so good. Its hilarious how he picks him up by the opposite arm when lister was hold in onto a leg haha.

I went to school with Lister... he was a true d1ck to everyone. Bullied kids, mouthed off to teachers, got in fights... really not a respectable person we'd like to have in the wrestling community.

Well I have to say this quote is a good one for this match, "You can respect someones ability but you cannot fear it." This kid didnt want to win. He just didnt want to win. He lost before he stepped on the mat. Mentally he was a mess.

I don't think it was a dance...he was trying to get the ref to give the other kid the escape so he could jump back on him for a td...the ref was really slow at calling the escapes all match
