This really is the best move that I have seen on Technique Tuesday. It has helped me take down lots of great competitors, and it just looks really sweet doing it. Thanks alot for putting this move up! Matt Azevedo is sick!

This single leg set-up/shot can be used with a left leg lead or a right leg lead.

For the love of Allah Martin, react like a wrestler. Do you know how friggin frustrating it is to work with someone who doesn't react during technique drilling.

John Azevedo didn't go to the 1980 Olympics. He was a qualifier, but did not attend because of the U.S. boycott.

again another great segment, it's ashame that the rest of the world doesn't understand how knowledgeable and experienced these wrestlers are. By the way we need to add a spell check for the uneducated folks, present company included. Awesome Flo your setting the standard.
