Will Rowe is a beast and he is a natural coach...

lol do you remember learning this when you were in between nineth and tenth grade from micheal.... the move you never used until state finals with jake jackson lol... you are still teaching it like the first time we learned it. nice coaching.

I like the move and I have seen many matches wher someone blocks off that this might used as slick counter. Rowe presents well, very well and seems naturally talented in coaching. The person who lists the idea of showing the move actually used in matches and then explained-smart idea, very entertaining combination. If Kendall Cross spends more time in the OU wrestling room, along with Sammie Henson and Sammie Hazewinkel, then the Sooner wrestlers have a great opportunity to have some of the best show them the ropes. I hope this great wrestling rich in tradition school rises again to the top echelon of DI.

Kendall has bounced around the US either training or coaching. I'm not that surprised to see him at OU, considering his brother coaches at a high school very close to OU. Kevin told me a few times that Kendall was considering joining the HS ranks, but I'm glad to see Oklahoma found a spot for him. Wish he was helping OSU, but glad to see him back in OK!

Forget about the dumb trip! What the heck is Kendall Cross doing at OU?! Did he get his life together now? Is he a coach at OU?

You know what would be cool Joe? If during the season, or if you had archive footage of someone like Will hitting this in a match. You could show Will (whoever shows technique tuesday) showing the technique, then maybe some highlights of them hitting it. I know that would be hard to do, and you may not have the footage.....but just a thought. and maybe yall have done that in the past, i dont know.

his point was it is an effective takedown. not one that just works on KCWs...(Kid Cant Wrestle) his accolades dont compare. no one stated they did. just a good technique that can work on the best in country if you can perfect it.

Rowe's hit that shrug to an inside trip on poeta, ward, chandler, strouse, and took caldwell down with it to a pin. I think what he meant by go to is... in the end of a match when shots and head and arms aren't working... he goes to this inside trip.

Nice move...any way you can get Cross to demonstrate his knee tap-high leg over technique he does from under a front headlock while controling the elbow? he hits it here at about 1:40

he just took 4th at Sunkist....LISTEN. he says its his 'go-to' move when hes in trouble cant get to the legs and needs a quick takedown. A lot of times guys block off, stay in tight, tough to get on their legs......thats what he likes to hit from there.
