And how slick is this Dad/Mom to change up the home to have the living room with a mat? That is a HOUSEHOLD! Good technique too! Make sure you fall to your side on the tilt so as not to give a ref the opportunity to give the opponent two. reply

Technique Double Dose

While visiting New Jersey Joeflo caught up with greco and freestyle state champion Joseph Ghione and his brother, a scholastic state champion, Giovanni Ghione. In the boys basement they give us a little extra this week with a double dose of technique Tuesday.
