he's huge at 135 his dad is 6'3" they finally are letting him wrestle his weight minus 15 lbs he will do good at any weight if they let him wrestle the weight he weighs, make no mistake he will cut weight for jordan he will wrestle 157 in college at the least how many 6' plus wrestlers wrestle 125? kids grow it's hard to stop just look at his parents its not hard to understand. the kid will do great at any weight if they let him grow, there might be an adjustment year, and there is the problem, can they let him adjust for a year and work through some losses? some kids who never lose can't, it's easy when you win. Like when Roshalt lost 13 times before the NCAA but still won the NCAA as a freshman, thats a real test of who you are. Lose then win can he do that? He sure knows how to win, no question there. Move up lose then win. I'll bet he can do it, that will be the test.

He will be fine. Good Wrestling is Good Wrestling. If you have good technique it will translate well into the higher weight classes.

I think that he is going to continue to grow. I bet he will end up being a 165 in college. Look at his hands. Also he is still skinny at 135. When he throws on some muscle LOOOK OUT!!! He will be like jake herbert, started out as a little guy, then he grew up and destroyed the less technical upper weights.

neibert is going 119 at super 32 and armstrong is going 125. They will probably wrestle those weights during the season. I could see taylor wrestling 130 to keep lineup strong.

IF someone says your not good enough, they don't know about wrestling. David your skills are strong, you work to hard to focus or listen to dumb comments. If you need it for motivation, I understand, but guys like you are why old people come to matches it's the fight in the dog!

Uh Oh, those were some skinny arms for a 135 lb'er.

Someone buy that Super 32 slot for Eric Grajales so David can tear him up like he's Boris Novachkov.

David Taylor

David Taylor was the nation's best last year at 112 lbs last year. This year he is pretty set at going 135 lbs. A Big jump for David. David Taylor is going to Iowa State and talks about why he chose Iowa State.
