Adam,

Unfortunately for Cancer you are a wrestler. This means that Cancer is just another opponent to crush on your way to the top. I know this because I too have Cancer (Sarcoma). Wrestling prepared me mentality for this disease and I have used the foundation of this sport to build my body to battle this disease by any means necessary to win. Wrestlers have incredible endurance and pain thresholds and we thrive for the challenge.
I took to the sport of Triathlon (next best sport to wrestling) to raise money and awareness for this disease. Find a positive outlet within your reach and hold on tight. Keep the faith and keep your head up.
God bless and I wish you the best my man. Feel free to reach out to me anytime through my website http://www.VeteransforSarcoma.com. You are not alone. If you want to fight this disease back then let me know how I can help. I will do anything to fight this disease and to support a wrestler.
Best of health Adam. Keep the faith!!

Adam,
Thank you for a most inspirational interview. I have had cancer, as has my brother, my grandfather, my grandmother, my great aunt, and my Mom. Your words about checking out symptoms early were so important for my son, Joe Williamson, and all the other young people to hear first hand.
Sincerely,
Beth Elswick
