I had a very good view of Lester's behavior in the match where Harry was given his yellow and red cards. Frankly, I didn't know who he was until the next day when it was mentioned that a coach named Harry Lester was given a red card. Then I figured out he had to be the coach in the match I watched.

First off, mat official never spoke directly to the coach about the call. The mat official is not supposed to speak directly to a coach about a call, that is the Chairman's job.
Second, the three members of the crew were completely surprised about his complaint about the other wrestler stepping out of pounds.
The mat official was standing on the out of bounds line and the wrestlers were down on the mat in par terre and not standing, so how could either wrestler have stepped out?
Lester was given the yellow card for his behavior in the conference with the mat chairman.
I watched Lester approach the mat chairman and he asked a question about one of the wrestlers stepping out of bounds. The chairman gave him an answer that nobody saw either wrestler step out of bounds.
Lester then turned away from the table but immediately got mad and came back and start giving the mat chairman some attitude expressing his anger with the officials for not seeing a violation that would have benefitted his wrestler.
At that point he was given a yellow card.
When informed of that, he then took the credentials from around his neck and hurled them at the coaches chair in the corner.
That earned him a red card.
