on the one where they kept their feet together, the second one, brands said "speed's important but feet together is more important and mocco still didnt keep his feet together. instead of trying to go as fast as henry, he shouldda just done it right, even if he did do it slower at least do it right.

Rollins? I believe you mean Rowlands. If you're going to knock mocco in favor of another guy, at least know how to spell that guys game. How great could Rowlands really do, did you see how he did at worlds last summer? Mocco is the man and he EARNED HIS SPOT. Askren and Lewis don't even get along in the first place from what I could tell. Also, Max knows Bens style and how he likes to work out and scramble. Max was definitely a good choice for Ben.

Where Are Abas,Lewis,Rowlands?   July 12, 2008 at 9:57pm
Where are they? Shouldn't they be helping at the training camp? Aren't they required to help their countryman at the Olympics as a sparring partner? Why the f.uck are nothings like Max Askren and Angel Cejudo here when they couldn't get past the semis of the trials?

I don't think that Smith's "single series" would benefit Mocco's style, maybe that's why we don't see much of it. Mocco has never been much of a technician, but rather a smart wrestler who knows how to bang and brawl and break down an opponent to create openings. On a side note, how does everyone think he'll do at the games ??

I spoke with Henry's HS coach and he said he didn't see Henry ever going to college but I know he has considered it and had a great offer. I'd love to see him do it and perhaps after this Olympics he will take another look at it.

When did Cejudo graduate high school? I think he has been out of school 3 years. His clock started then, which would leave him 2 years of eligibility left to compete in college. I think the only time the clock stops is when someone enters the military service. So I doubt he would be considering competing in college.

"Why would Brands agree to coach Mocco after Mocco backstabbed Iowa?" Because this is Team USA. Team USA is bigger than Iowa, bigger than Ok State, bigger than the whole friggin NCAA. College is over homes, this is the big time. Time to grow up.
