Will we be able to see the other training camps? I think I recall Kevin Jackson saying the olympians only had 10 days off total, which would lead me to believe their second camp is well underway.

Was this filmed by FLO???? Are you holding out on us because of Fargo???

i love terry brands
hes an older guy and hes working out with a bunch of kids in their prime
theres no reason he has to do these workouts with these guys
hes a man the brands brothers are two of the craziest bastards i've ever seen

All of you are amazing athletes with dedication and perseverance beyond majority of people's understanding. Brian Davis understands that dedication and demonstrates it every day at the Training Room. I have been attending BD's classes since March and the mental and physical strength it takes is incredible. I would challenge anyone who is commenting that certain wrestlers are slacking to try the class once!!

Blah, blah, blah... we can critique these guys all we want and none of us needs to go through three-a-day workouts to know what hard work is or what they go through. We can all recognize that these men are supremely talented in relation to the rest of us and that is fine as long as we all maintain perspective.

Also, if Cormier was healthy, why was he sitting in a chair watching the rest of the team train? Just because he felt like it? These guys are not constantly working out when they're injured. Hurt, maybe, but injured, most likely not. The USOC and USAW want to make sure that their best are as healthy as humanly possible come August 8.

Translation: Stop hating on America's best (Including the training partners). Your not going through 3 a day workouts and probably never have. The pain that they endure just to make it day by day would break 95% of the world. They still train whether their sick or injured, how do you think they got here.

It seemed weird that Askren called out all the other USA wrestlers on their work ethic, but from the videos, he's the biggest dog in the room. He bragged that he could outcondition everyone elst at the OTT'S, but he is always the first to stop. I hope he wins it all in China, but don't call everyone out and then slack - especially if you know there are cameras recording everything.

These guys are phenomenal athletes and clearly are busting their nuts. I am a regular to the Training Room and our workouts are intense and often times mind numbing but the physical results are simply amazing. These guys truly are unbeleivable and I can't wait to see us bring home the GOLD's at each weight class. BD and the TR classes rock.

Awesome stuff. I am a marathoner and I do B.D.'s speed workouts as part of my training. They are brutal, some of the toughest stuff I have ever done. You learn a lot about yourself when you keep pushing even though you can't breathe. These guys did a great job.

How can he be ranked ahead of guys like Mike Za and Nate Gallick when he hasn't accomplished much to date internationally at the senior level? The one set of rankings you're referring to are far, far off from accurate. In them, the dude is ranked ahead of an Olympic Champ and multiple-time world finalist for Christ's sake (Quintana from Cuba). USAW has him ranked third at 60 kilos and he placed out of the top four at the OTT. That world ranking seems to hold a lot of water now, huh?

No doubt Angel is a stud, belongs at the USOTC and has a long future ahead of him, but he's tagged on these videos as a practice partner for his brother, not as a contender for a weight that wasn't even qualified by this country in this Olympic cycle. At this point in time, Angel is not a real threat to the make up of the US world team at 60 kilos. Let's see what happens next year before you guys all start predicting his future. However, something tells me that Za, Gallick, Coleman Scott and Shawn Bunch won't be going anywhere soon.

Cejudo is one impressive dude. Doesn't look like he will be denied. Don't know if I can say the same about the rest, however. Schwab and Cormier aren't there, but I like their chances too.

Obviously Flo chose only selected parts to show in the video, but I don't think there was a single scene in which Askren wasn't slacking or quitting early. What he has managed to do the last few months is surely impressive, but looks like maybe his "Take on Hard work" for this workout is a little lax. I hope he does big things in August.

Henry Cejudo is working his butt off compaired to EVERYONE else. That does not mean everyone else is not working hard, just that HC is the man on this team. He is mentally and physically world class!!! He is our best shot for GOLD!!!

The point is to break, or get yourself to your limit and go a little further. Brands is 40 years young and has no motivation to do this workout...other than to just test himself that day.

While the "Did Brands break?" comment did make me laugh, on a serious note I love the fact that Terry's working out with them. You can probably only get a handful of people in the world nearing 40 that could complete this kind of workout at a high level. And he's doing fingertip push ups!!! Henry really impressed me, in particular, as he maintains solid form throughout no matter how hard it gets, as opposed to some of the others. As for Cormier taking a break, I'm not sure of the exact reason but it's pretty standard that the Olympians will take periodic breaks when they're working out 2-3x a day. Happened last world championships too, and it's actually better that they rest every now and then.

It was tough seeing one of my idols (Terry) crack a little. I'm sure this workout would crack anyone but I teared up a little.

the workout leader is brad davis. he played football for nebraska. in the NFL he played for washington, the raiders and seattle. he is a friend of the cejudo's

Regarding Terry Brands, he left that long sleeve shirt on (or sweatshirt, hard to tell) the entire time when it looked like a sauna in there. Did anybody notice he was cranking out fingertip pushups. Just drop to the floor right now and try to do 1 then appreciate what that guy was doing. This workout was insane but how awesome to see wrestlers get through it having never done it before (I would assume they never did it before). Just goes to prove wrestlers are among the most conditioned athletes in the world, we can handle anything thrown at us. Man, I used to think Mocco was just a "big fat guy" but holy smokes, he is lean and incredibly agile for a big man! Henry Cejudo is a conditoning freak, Schwab looked great, all these guys are amazing!!! Keep the vids coming Martin, you guys are the BEST!

I just wanted to say this workout inspires me...........I believe all those wrestlers that are going to China all have a chance to bring home the gold......just look at this work ethic........they will be in terrific shape come the Olympics ...great workout......thanks Flo for showing this
