Great job Kevin Barrett on your two rushing TD In the high school 2 weeks ago ,I forget what team it was against. People know about your wrestling, but they don't realize how good you are in football. Good luck in college.Have Kevin decided what college he`s going to.

Miguel Lopez, you are exactly right about Ronald getting his respect...He deserves more than what he's getting....I don't even remembering him getting any respect, from Omaha, when he one Sophmore Nationals.....

Kevin Barrett is a great wrestler, but Ron Coleman Jr is the real deal when you take state at 215 lbs as a 14 year old Freshman , that`s pretty special. You say Ronald Coleman was lucky when he beat Kevin Barrett ,winning by the score of 9-1 is no luck, that`s skills! Did I mention he`s A 6x Tulsa National Champion ,who never got outstanding wrestler, what do this kid got to do to get his respect, maybe when it 4xs in College like Cal Sanders!

I wouldn't say he wrestle a crappy match, he just wrestle a good defensive wrestler....Butler had an deep shot, Kevin just defended it off well....It just the way good wretlers wrestle when they get a good lead...

MR.BARRETT   April 3, 2008 at 11:34am
Ok, I wish I knew the answer too that....But sometimes he wrestle too the competition level...He was up on that first match, like 6 or 7 too 1....He had the kid on his back three times and didn't finish.....So that's what happens, when you let your opponent stick around.....But he got it together after that...

No need to comment on the time of the match. Each and every match was late so time did not mater here. The fact of the mater is that the best wrestling won. Nice JOB to both of u, lets do it all agin next year. GO MARYLAND - GO KEVIN ( COACH MOUSE )

O,and Yea, I see you guys are Butler fans...My son weight was 207-208, so not a big difference there....And yes, he's a counter type wrestler....But that's how smart wrestlers wrestle when they get a good lead....Just like his big brother did in 2005, on his way to winning Senior Nationals at the same weight....
