4A is stacked from #1 team to #8th team. 1-3A has one good team in each if that

eastside is the only good team out of the 1-3A. I will give them that, but anyone else is horrible. how bad did eastside beat the team in the finals. yea. chesterfield only had the harpers and trey alley. 4A is always good how can u say that they werent this year. the top 4 in 4A would beat any one but eastside in the state

LittleGuy Is Right, 4a This Year Was Probly Not The Thoughest Division. It Sure Would Be Cool If They Would Have A Tournament To Decide The True #1.

Eastside is tough. I saw one of their guys wrestle the 4A Individual State Champ in an AAU State Match and the 4A Wrestle was tech'd.

4A was weak this year anyway. This was a rare year where the 1-3A schools would have beaten any of the 4a schools.

I do not need to argue that Summerville doesn't suck, I'll let our State Championships (current and past) speak for themselves. Who am I? Who are you? I know what at National Champion is, just because you name yourself that (and as asskicker) doesn't make it true.

Grnwave03   May 20, 2008 at 1:23pm
You certainly are kidding yourself. lol. Lower State is easy? Hmmmm, look at the 4A state champs for the past 4 years.. all lower state. Btw, Aaron doesn't suck, he didn't wrestle up to his potentional in this final match, but I'm sure it won't be the last you hear from him. You can talk trash all you want about Summerville - we're used to the jealous rants and we have the rings, including a few individual champ ones. Carry on, I enjoy a good debate.

The only reason they had so many in the state tournament is because lower state is easy why you think irmo and lexington are moving to lower state and once again he suck and so does the whole summerville team who is grnwave03

Win against whom? He made it to the finals because he was the 2nd best 112 freshman at the tournament. Summerville got lucky? We had 10 state individual qualifiers and won the 4A state championship? Where U at? Not sitting at #1 by the way you're talking.
reply

Summerville@sskicker   May 19, 2008 at 8:03pm
the only reason he made it to the finals is cuz he had no one good to wrestle. none of them was even a state qualifier and summerville got lucky did u win against them? thats what i thought

Hey national champ... you don't get to the finals if you didn't wrestle your way there. Aaron was not scored against all that weekend, with the excecption of the match prior to this one. That, and the rest of your comments look as if you are a jealous little boy. Although, that scared comment is a little on the humorous side.

Wow, you sure are sensitive south of the Mason-Dixon line, like I really touched a nerve. I just point out that you don't usually see 15-0 in the finals, the absolutely most lopsided score you can have. If you see it at all, it might be in the first round where the #1 seed wrestles an unseeded wrestler. You expect an even match in the finals, so, was there a story, like, the other semi-finalist medical defaulted, and this guy from SC snuck in? Apparently not, although at least one poster suggests something like this for his SC state championship. Did this kid sneak in on a bad ref call in the semis? Was this kid fighting an injury? Was the bracket that thin? Apparently none of the above. Just got beat.

And then, while I get crucified for this observation, Jay_x and SC get away with name calling.

Geez, the Civil War (excuse me, the War between the States, aka the war for Southern Independence) is over, and we won. And apparently are still winning big.

I know Matt and he is a great kid, he works hard at practice and is a roll model to many of the younger boys that practice with him. He has earned everything he has acheved by hard work.
To the other wrestler, Aaron you made it to the finals of a very hard tournament and this is quite a accomplishment.
Both of these young men should be very proud of there tournament results, making it to the finals is not something to dismiss. In the future Keep working hard and your dreams will come true.

I am Matt's Mom. I want to make some corrections. Matt is 15. His Birthday is Sept 16th,1992..He will be 16 this coming Sept. And Yes, he did have Mono and was out of wrestling from late December until Early March because his spleen was very enlarged. The Dr would not release him until it was normal size again. How he got it??? I don't know imah8ter, but why does it matter so much to you? Maybe freshman nationals are not a big a deal as Senior Nationals, but to the boys that went and competed, it mattered to them. Congratulations to ALL the boys that competed in the Tournament. And to Aaron, great job, don't let them get you down.

Good job to both Hanson and Tadich. They are both nice kids and both wrestled tough throughout the tournament to get to the finals. Tadich is also a true freshman just turning 15.

I must say, "thatwasthefinalsquestionmark" what place did you come in at a national tournament??? My nephew wrestled this kid quite a few times last year in schoolboy div and for this kid to accomplished what he did as a "True Freshman - 14 ysr old" is something to be proud of. He is not your typical 16 year old freshman. Congrats Hanson on a job well done.

He was the 4A (highest classification) State Champ at 112 lbs. He is a very good wrestler in Southern Terms. He was one of 3 Freshman who placed at 112 lbs this year. 1st, 2nd and 4th Place were 3 very good Freshman in Southern terms. Neither of the 3 would have qualified for states in PA. I have a buddy who's kid was one of these 3 freshman who placed in SC, and we know the talent level comparisons between the 2 states. He is one of the best Freshman 112 lber. that SC has to offer. The kid who finished 4th went 3-2 at Freshman Nats at 112 lbs.

TO GET AS FAR AS AARON DID IN THIS TOURNAMENT WAS A GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR SC. I HAVE WATCHED AARON AND IF HE COULD HAVE DONE ANYTHING TO STOP THIS KID BELIEVE ME HE WOULD HAVE. THE KID WAS STRONG JUST NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO PIN AARON. HE BEAT AARON ONCE BUT THEY WILL MEET AGAIN AND HE BETTER BE READY FOR AARON IN ROUND 2! GOOD JOB AARON FOR GETTING AS FAR AS YOU DID
