Oh My God.   March 21, 2008 at 12:22pm
Martinez is NOT supposed to be a Sophomore. He should BARELY be a Freshman. And don't act like you've never met someone with a late birthday that should be a grade up. And yeah, I was there, and Felipe did great, so don't try to make him seem worse than he is. He's a great wrestler and Baker put up a good match.

Da Real Truth   March 18, 2008 at 2:15pm
to da fake truth the score was 7 to 1 not 5 to 2 so when your going to say somethng about people stalling and running you should probably get the score right. and the one point was legit it was an escape he did not get kicked out so i dont know how you stall when escaping. they went out of bounds just as many times as any normal match. baker did what he had to do to give him self a chance to win and the match was alot closer then 7 to 1. not 5 to 2

The kid martinez had is michael baker and has been around for awhile I was at mat side also and he did not stall at all he wrestled tough against a great kid and held his own and let me say this michael is also 13years old and a true 8th grader and for the record the score was 7-1 with michael getting and escape so you need to change your name from DaTruth to I don't know tried turning him and could not and people was not cheering against martinez they were cheering for baker he had alot of fans from northeast ohio supporting him so whats wrong with that and as i know it baker and martinez are friends and have known each other better than five years

He turned 15 in Feb. I believe he was frustrated because, the kid stalled the whole match and kept running out of bounds. I guess it makes people feel better to say they didnt get pinned by him. I was on the floor during the match and 5-2 on paper sounds like it was a close match but it wasnt. Your right the kid iz a freakin monster, and wrestled great even though everybody on the floor was cheering against him. Congrats and good luck in the future.

This kid iz a freakin monster!!!
He demolished all of his kids on the way to the finals...
Last year he pinned his guy in 38 sec.
I think he was so frusterated this year because the kid he wrestled was almost equally aggressive as him.
