Lad,

Jay does also have a win against Gavin. Nothing against Gavin, but when it is all said and done Borschel's career will end up being better than Gavin's. You are comparing a Soph with Sr.

i know everyone peaks at different times in their wrestling careers but it's crazy to think that borschel and gavin who both hail from wrestling rich states (iowa and pennsylvania, respectively) came through such different paths... in high school gavin never climbed to the top of the award stand placing 7th his junior year and 3rd his senior at the PA state tourney whereas borschel was only the 16th wrestler in iowa history to be a 4x state champ... now gavin is dominating his opponents and borschel, while very good does not look untouchable at all. and i know borschel is younger but it's interesting to see where all of these guys come from and how much further they can go...

Onlooker, If Borshel is ugly than you have not looked in the mirror lately. Borshel may be over rated but he deserves his #3 ranking. He has won matches he was not supposed to. He actually is a small 174 pounder (certified at 165) and you can only expect him to get bigger & better over the next few years.

Your user name is quite presumptuous in making such bold claims...

Borschel is overrated at #3... he'll finish behind Gavin, Mason, Sinnott, Browne, Luke and possibly that Hofstra kid and Stolpinski...so anywhere from sixth to eighth
